About the Museum








Tour is being arranged by MHA World Wide Tours

3 days and two nights

Group coach transfers to/from The Villages to/from MCO

Round trip air via Southwest from MCO to New Orleans

All ground transportation in New Orleans

Lodging (3-star property with breakfast included each morning except for day of arrival).

Tour of Uptown/Garden District, and French Quarter on Day 1, including private group lunch in the Garden District (Commanderís Palace Ė if they come in at budget),

All-day tour of the WWII Museum on Day 2, including the 4D Cinematic Experience Beyond All Boundaries and the Final Mission Experience.  Box lunches provided by the Museumís on-site caterer.

Final evening private group dinner in The French Quarter (probably Tableau).

Morning tour of Chalmette Battlefield prior to return to airport.

Target price is $990 per person double occupancy, $1280 per person single occupancy.  Final cost may vary a bit based on how many people sign up

You do not have to be a member of the WW2 History Club or a Villages resident to participate.

We are looking into an alternate agenda for day two should there be some people who do not wish to tour the National WWII Museum.  There is always the option of day 2 being "on your own"
